설명

및 Convert 메서드는 GetBytes 입력에서 알 수 없는 서로게이트 쌍 또는 문자를 발견하면 호출 Fallback 합니다. 반환 값 Fallback 이면 호출 메서드가 true호출 GetNextChar 하여 대체 대체 버퍼의 각 문자를 가져올 수 있습니다.
