속성이 DayOfWeek 인 경우에만 IsFixedDateRule 유효한 값을 반환합니다 false.

속성은 DayOfWeek 부동 날짜 규칙이 적용되는 요일을 나타냅니다(예: 11월의 두 번째 일요일). 반면에 속성은 Day 고정 날짜 규칙이 적용되는 월의 날짜를 나타냅니다(예: 4월 15일).

적용 대상
