설명

IsLoopback 는 이 인스턴스를 만들 때 지정된 URI가 127.0.0.1, 루프백 또는 localhost이거나 URI가 호스트 정보(예: file:///c:Dir/file.txt)를 지정하지 않은 경우 를 반환 true 합니다. 다른 모든 URI는 를 반환합니다 false.
