잘못된 URI(Uniform Resource Identifier)가 감지될 때 throw되는 예외입니다.

UriFormatException 제공된 URI를 올바르게 구문 분석할 수 없는 경우 Uri 클래스 생성자가 throw합니다. 유효한 URI의 형식은 RFC 2396에 정의되어 있습니다.

속성의 Message 텍스트는 예외가 throw된 이유를 나타냅니다.
