설명

MinFreeThreads 속성 요청을 실행 하려면 사용 가능한 스레드의 최소 수를 정의 합니다. 충분 한 수의 스레드를 사용할 수 없을 경우 요청이 큐에 대기 중인 유지 됩니다 하 고 필요한 크기의 스레드 표시 될 때까지 스레드 가용성을 정기적으로 검사 계속 됩니다. 기본값은 8입니다.
