Called during an OLE drag and drop operation to provide an opportunity for the component tray to give feedback to the user about the results of dropping the object at a specific point.

Notes to Inheritors
When overriding OnGiveFeedback(GiveFeedbackEventArgs) in a derived class, be sure to call the base class's OnGiveFeedback(GiveFeedbackEventArgs) method so that registered delegates receive the event.
