Gets the ResourceKey for the SolidColorBrush that is the color of the right side of the gradient of an active window's title bar.

The resource key for the SolidColorBrush that is the color of the right side of the gradient of an active window's title bar. This brush's IsFrozen property is true, so it cannot be modified.
Remarks
Use the GradientActiveCaptionBrushKey to create a dynamic reference to the system brush that paints the color of the right side of the gradient of an active window's title bar. This dynamic reference will automatically update if the brush is changed. To create a static reference that does not update automatically, use GradientActiveCaptionBrush.
