ITextMarkerProviderFactory 인터페이스

지정된 버퍼에 대한 텍스트 표식 태거(TextMarkerTag 형식의 SimpleTagger<T>)를 가져오거나, 해당 버퍼에 속한 속성에 캐시된 텍스트 표식 태거가 없는 경우 새로 만듭니다.
