설명

공개 키 알고리즘으로도 알려진 비대칭 암호화 알고리즘에서는 송신자와 수신자 모두가 한 쌍의 관련된 키, 즉 개인 키와 공개 키를 관리해야 합니다. 둘 다 엔터티에 고유한 키입니다. 공개 키는 모든 사람이 사용할 수 있도록 만들 수 있으며 수신자에 보내는 데이터를 인코딩하는 데 사용됩니다. 개인 키는 수신자가 비공개로 보유해야 하며, 이 키는 수신자의 공개 키를 사용하여 인코딩된 메시지를 디코딩하는 데 사용됩니다. RSACryptoServiceProvider 클래스는 공개 키 알고리즘의 구현입니다.
