설명

GetUpperBound(0)Array의 첫 번째 차원의 인덱스에 대한 상한을 반환하고 GetUpperBound(Rank - 1)Array의 마지막 차원의 상한을 반환합니다.

이 메서드는 O(1) 연산입니다.
