Unified member view: A member 360 solution for payors

Unified member view is a member 360 solution for healthcare payors and insurers built within a Dynamics model-driven app. It provides a single place to aggregate, access, and utilize different types of member data (such as clinical conditions, claims, and medications) and insights derived from this data. Payors can use this data to drive member engagement, coordinate care, and manage member and population health.

You can install the unified member view solution using Microsoft Cloud Solution Center. The security role Member Representative determines the access to the solution.

Summary

On the Summary tab, you can view member demographics, claims, and clinical details in a card view layout.

Profile

The Profile tab contains additional and nonclinical information about the member such as contact details and insurance details.

Clinical Details

The Clinical Details tab provides a holistic view of a member's healthcare journey. It provides insights into a member's medical history, treatment plans, interventions, and progress over the course of their healthcare journey.
