The pipeline with ID '<pipelineId>' does not exist.

If you are trying to deploy a new pipeline, please ensure that your spec does not contain an 'id' field. IDs are now assigned by the pipelines service, and cannot be specified directly by users.

Additionally, if you are using the Databricks CLI, please upgrade your CLI to version 0.12.0 or higher.
