Update Microsoft for Retail solutions

Microsoft for Retail solutions provides continuous, touchless service updates. Updates are released on a regular cadence to all environments. They're supported according to the Microsoft Lifecycle policy, which provides consistent and predictable guidelines for the availability of support.

Automatic updates apply for customers running Microsoft for Retail, beginning in a future service release. We recommend that existing customers in the North America region upgrade to the most current release so their environments will update automatically in future releases.
