COUNT (Report Builder)

Returns the number of non-null items within a set.

Syntax

COUNT(aggregate)

aggregate

Specifies the field name or expression to aggregate.

Remarks

• Null values are ignored.

Examples

Formula	Result
COUNT(Employee)	Counts the number of employees in the Employee field to return a single value such as 97.
