MIN (Report Builder)

Returns the minimum value in a set.

Syntax

MIN(aggregate)

aggregate

Specifies the field name or expression to aggregate.

Remarks

• For text values, MIN finds the lowest value in the collating sequence defined in the underlying database.
• Null values are ignored.

Example

Formula	Result
MIN(Total Due)	Returns the lowest value from a set of Total Due values.
