i can't access my azure account and i am student not personal.
Dear Microsoft Support,
I am a student trying to use an Azure for Students subscription, but I am unable to access my account properly. After logging in, I am redirected repeatedly or shown that I have no subscriptions or directories.
I have already tried:
- Using InPrivate/Incognito mode
- Logging in from multiple browsers
- Following the steps at https://msft.it/6018mbeYs (but I cannot proceed because it requires access to a tenant or subscription)
My school email is ******@stud.noroff.no My Microsoft account email is ******@outlook.com My expected Azure AD tenant should be nabige123outlook.onmicrosoft.com (based on my login)
According to my teacher, I do not need to be assigned to another tenant as I have my own. I don't need a Reader or Contributor role as I will be the Global Admin of my own student subscription tenant.
Please confirm whether or not my student subscription is active, I cannot see it under Subscriptions. I need this to be able to continue with my course. If you have any troubles, please copy my teacher ******@noroff.no
