Determines whether this serializer can read the security token pointed at by the specified XML reader.

Returns
true when the security token can be read; otherwise, false.
Exceptions
reader is null.
Remarks
Classes that derive from the SecurityTokenSerializer class must override the CanReadTokenCore(XmlReader) method. The CanReadToken(XmlReader) method calls the CanReadTokenCore method.
