Gets or sets the border color of a ChartArea object.

Property Value
A Color value that specifies the border color of a chart area. The default color is Empty.

Remarks
You can set the BorderColor property to any valid ARGB (alpha, red, green, blue) value.
Note
For pie and doughnut charts, this property determines the color of radial and horizontal lines if data labels are drawn outside the pie or doughnut - that is, if the LabelStyle
custom property is set to "Outside".
This property also determines the marker lines for 3D charts if the ShowMarkerLines
custom property is set to true
.
