!hassuffix_cs operator

Filters a record set for data that doesn't have a case-sensitive ending string. !hassuffix_cs
returns true
if there is no term inside string column ending with the specified string expression.

- RHS = right-hand side of the expression
- LHS = left-hand side of the expression
