School and district leaders, administrators, and educator-leaders have two great options in Teams when working with colleagues. The staff team is like the class team, with leaders instead of educators, and staff instead of learners. Each team also has a Staff OneNote Notebook with a read-only content library, a collaboration space that everyone on the team can edit, and private spaces for each educator.

PLC teams are for Professional Learning Communities. These teams might be short-term or long-term. A PLC team can be for a simple book study or an ongoing discussion on accessibility or equity. The PLC team features a OneNote notebook modeled after the Dufour PLC model.

Using either type of team is a great way for educators to get practice using Teams features and become comfortable with using teams with learners.
