Sync Files tabs locally for offline use

Completed

When team members use the Files tab in Teams, they can share and collaborate on files in a safe and secure environment.

However, there might be times when someone needs to access a file quickly or work offline. Syncing files locally allows access to a folder of that content. When files are synced locally, team members can share, email, create a zip folder, print, and fax them.

School leaders and staff members can sync their files locally to work on Teams files when they won’t have Wi-Fi access (for example, while traveling to a conference.) Once they reconnect to the internet, their revisions sync to Teams.
