You want to assign the reminder terms code DOMESTIC to 50 customers. What is the most efficient way to do this?
Apply a filter to the customer card to filter the 50 customers, then enter the reminder terms code DOMESTIC for the first customer, press Ctrl+PgDn to go to the next customer, and then enter the reminder terms code DOMESTIC.
Filter the customer list to display only the 50 customers. Go to the Reminder Terms Code field of the first customer. Select the Edit menu, and then select Replace. Leave the Find What blank and enter DOMESTIC in the Replace With field. And then select Replace All.
Use RapidStart Services to export the customer list to Excel, enter the reminder terms code DOMESTIC for the 50 customers, and import the saved Excel in the RapidStart package. After applying the package data, the customer records are updated.
On the customer list, in the menu bar, select Show the rest, Page, Edit in Excel. In Excel, enter the reminder terms code DOMESTIC for the 50 customers, and then select Publish. This will publish the modified data to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central where the 50 customers will now have the reminder terms code DOMESTIC.
