Staff Teams may be used for whole school initiatives or for smaller departmental projects. The uses are only limited by the vision of the administrator. Uses include:

PLC Teams may be used by smaller groups of faculty and administrators to examine an educational trend, facilitate a book study, or any other pedagogical study a group of educators finds interesting.

In short, create Staff Teams for different projects, activities, committees, and processes. Whatever specific administrative tasks may be managed within Teams.
