Character_Sets maps to the OLE DB CHARACTER_SETS rowset. Unless otherwise specified, restriction columns are returned in the following order.

Restriction column	CLR data type	Description
CHARACTER_SET_CATALOG	string	Catalog name. A null value if the provider does not support catalogs.
CHARACTER_SET_SCHEMA	string	Unqualified schema name. A null value if the provider does not support schemas.
CHARACTER_SET_NAME	string	Character set name.
