Exceptions

InvalidOperationException

The IsReadOnly property is true and an attempt is made to set the Issuer property.

ArgumentException

An attempt is made to set the Issuer property to null or an empty string.

Remarks

The Issuer property corresponds to the Issuer attribute of the <saml:Assertion> element defined in the OASIS SAML 1.1 specification.
