public:
override void FromXml(System::Security::SecurityElement ^ et);
public override void FromXml (System.Security.SecurityElement et);
override this.FromXml : System.Security.SecurityElement -> unit
Public Overrides Sub FromXml (et As SecurityElement)
Parameters
The XML encoding to use to reconstruct the security object.
Exceptions
The et
parameter is null
.
The et
parameter is not a valid permission element.
-or-
The et
parameter's version number is not supported.
The object is not being deserialized; that is, PermissionSet did not call back into FromXml(SecurityElement) during deserialization.
Remarks
This override of PermissionSet.FromXml is intended to be called by the base class PermissionSet when it is deserializing the permission set. An exception is thrown if you attempt to call FromXml directly. You cannot modify a read-only permission set with a FromXml call.
