Calls the OnServerChange(EventArgs) method to signal the HtmlInputText control that the state of the control has changed.

Notes to Inheritors
When overriding the RaisePostDataChangedEvent() method in a derived class, be sure to call the base class's RaisePostDataChangedEvent() method so that the ServerChange event is correctly raised.
