Gets or sets the text displayed for the menu item in a Menu control.

The text displayed for the menu item in the Menu control. The default is an empty string ("").

Remarks
Use the Text property to specify or determine the text that is displayed for the menu item in the Menu control.
Note
If the Text property contains null
, the get
accessor returns the value of the Value property. If the Value property, in turn, contains null
, Empty is returned.
The value of this property, when set, can be saved automatically to a resource file by using a designer tool. For more information, see LocalizableAttribute and Globalization and Localization.
