5 Questions with Michael Hunter

Michael Hunter is a well know tester both inside and outside of Microsoft. Michael writes a testing column for Dr. Dobbs Journal Portal which is really cool because it shines a light on the world of testing in a traditonally developer focused portal and magazine. Michael is a really bright guy, and he probably doesn't know I frequently read his blog and DDJ posts, but I especially like his thoughts on automation such as loosely coupled verification. Anyway, I was quite honored when Michael interviewed me for the DDJ Portal. I was rather verbose in my replies thinking that Michael might edit some comments, but alas, it was posted with even some of my tongue-in-cheek remarks. Some readers may say it sounds a bit idealistic, but what can I say...I love this job, and I am excited by the challenges we face as testers!
