God mode on Windows 8

It' s summer, you're bored enough to start reading random newsletters and then you pick up something useful.

1. Create a folder on your Surface desktop with the name GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
2. Open The folder for a surprise...

 

...this incidentally also works on Windows 7.

  Godmode worked in Vista too and everyone was all wound up about it but after that I haven't met a single person that actually ever used that feature. In Windows 7 and 8 it's so much faster to just use search to find functions.
