String Resource Tool for Enterprise Library

As some of you may have noticed, we used a tool to generate all the resource files and classes to access it.  We are working on getting this out in the wild to you guys. If you really really want it fast go post comments on Tom’s blog .

    Hi Scott,

    I wrote a similar tool that works as an add-in directly on the resx files, and creates classes that look very similar. You can get it at http://wah.onterra.net/blog/archive/2004/12/09/190.aspx.

    While it's not useful for editing the entlib sources, it is useful for creating new resources, or creating other assemblies.

    Depending on how long it will take to get the tool out, I can always customize the addin to run off the SR.strings file.

    Thanks Martin. I think it would be a great addition until we get it out there. I think we put the cart before the horse on that one :).
