Codevoorbeelden van Microsoft Sentinel Jupyter-notebooks

Dit artikel bevat codefragmenten die laten zien hoe je het Microsoft Sentinel Data Lake kunt doorzoeken met behulp van Jupyter notebooks. De voorbeelden bestrijken gegevens uit tabellen zoals Microsoft Entra ID inloglogs, groepsdetails en apparaatnetwerkgebeurtenissen. Elk fragment is ontworpen om te draaien in een Jupyter-notebook in Visual Studio Code met de Microsoft Sentinel-extensie.

Analyse van mislukte aanmeldingspogingen

In dit voorbeeld worden gebruikers met mislukte aanmeldpogingen geïdentificeerd. Om deze gebruikers te vinden, verwerkt het notebook aanmeldgegevens uit twee tabellen:

  • SigninLogs
  • AADNonInteractiveUserSignInLogs

Het notebook voert de volgende stappen uit:

  1. Maak een functie voor het verwerken van gegevens uit de opgegeven tabellen, waaronder:
    1. Laad gegevens uit de opgegeven tabellen in DataFrames.
    2. Parseert het JSON-veld Status om 'errorCode' te extraheren en te bepalen of elke aanmeldingspoging is geslaagd of mislukt.
    3. Aggreg de gegevens om het aantal mislukte en geslaagde aanmeldingspogingen voor elke gebruiker te tellen.
    4. Filter de gegevens zodat alleen gebruikers met meer dan 100 mislukte aanmeldingspogingen en ten minste één geslaagde aanmeldingspoging worden opgenomen.
    5. Rangschik de resultaten op het aantal mislukte aanmeldingspogingen.
  2. Roep de functie aan voor zowel de tabellen SigninLogs als AADNonInteractiveUserSignInLogs.
  3. Combineer de resultaten van beide tabellen in één DataFrame.
  4. Converteer het DataFrame naar een Pandas DataFrame.
  5. Filter het Pandas DataFrame om de top 20 gebruikers weer te geven met het hoogste aantal mislukte aanmeldingspogingen.
  6. Maak een staafdiagram om de gebruikers met het hoogste aantal mislukte aanmeldingspogingen te visualiseren.
