FieldEquip (preview)
FieldEquip maakt realtime integratie van kritieke operationele gegevens mogelijk tussen clientsystemen en het FieldEquip-platform, zorgt voor een naadloze integratie, verbeterde zichtbaarheid en efficiënt veldservicebeheer door technici, ondersteuningsteams, klanten te verbinden om de productiviteit te verhogen, rapportage van mobiele werknemers te beheren, huurapparatuur bij te houden, downtime van apparatuur te verminderen, kosten te verlagen en klanttevredenheid te verbeteren.

Overzicht
De FieldEquip-connector biedt naadloze, realtime integratie tussen clientsystemen en het FieldEquip-platform. Het maakt wrijvingloze gegevensstroom mogelijk voor technici, ondersteuningsteams, klanten en veldbewerkingen.
Door gebruik te maken van de automatiseringsomgeving zonder code van FieldEquip, kunnen organisaties: Werkstromen voor veldservices stroomlijnen
- Operationele zichtbaarheid verbeteren

- Klanttevredenheid verbeteren
Het platform ondersteunt kritieke werkstromen zoals rapportage van mobiele tijd, tracering van huurapparatuur, voorraad- en itembeheer en geautomatiseerde updates; helpt teams efficiënter en nauwkeuriger te werken.
Verbinding instellen
Als u deze connector wilt configureren, hebt u het volgende nodig:
API-sleutel Wordt gebruikt voor verificatie. Dit kan worden aangevraagd bij het fieldEquip-ondersteuningsteam.
Url van oorsprong De basis-URL waar aanvragen worden verzonden. Geleverd door FieldEquip bij onboarding.
Hoofdtekst van aanvraag Doorgegeven als een geavanceerde parameter. Ondersteunt beide:
- Eén JSON-object
- Een matrix met meerdere objecten
Zorg ervoor dat uw hoofdstructuur overeenkomt met het schema dat voor elke bewerking is gedefinieerd.
Aan de slag met FieldEquip-connector
Hieronder ziet u de lijst met ondersteunde bewerkingen die momenteel beschikbaar zijn in de connector:
Klantbewerkingen
- Klant maken: voegt klantgegevens in het FieldEquip-platform in.
- Klant bijwerken: bestaande klantrecords bijwerken.
Werkorderbewerkingen
- Werkorder maken: nieuwe werkorderrecords maken.
- Werkorder bijwerken: hiermee worden bestaande werkorders bijgewerkt.
Items en inventarisbewerkingen
- Item maken: nieuwe itemrecords toevoegen.
- Item bijwerken: hiermee worden itemdetails bijgewerkt.
- Inventaris maken: inventarisrecords voor items maken.
- Itemaanpassing maken: hiermee past u de voorraadhoeveelheden voor specifieke items aan.
Gebruikersbewerkingen
- Gebruiker maken: voegt gebruikersrecords toe aan FieldEquip.
- Gebruiker bijwerken: hiermee werkt u bestaande gebruikersgegevens bij.
Locatiebewerkingen
- Locatie maken: Locatiegegevens invoegen in het FieldEquip-platform.
- Locatie bijwerken: hiermee worden bestaande locatiegegevens bijgewerkt.
Probleemoplossingsproces
- 401 Niet geautoriseerd: controleer of de API-sleutel of de oorspronkelijke URL geldig is en is gekoppeld aan de juiste tenant/omgeving.
- 400 Ongeldige aanvraag: zorg ervoor dat uw aanvraagbody overeenkomt met het vereiste schema.
- Time-outfouten: verklein de nettolading of breek grote updates in kleinere batches.
