A class representing a collection of LogicalNetworkResource and their operations. Each LogicalNetworkResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ResourceGroupResource. To get a LogicalNetworkCollection instance call the GetLogicalNetworks method from an instance of ResourceGroupResource.
