Gets an object representing a ManagedInstanceDtcResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String, String, String, DtcName) to create a ManagedInstanceDtcResource ResourceIdentifier from its components. MockingTo mock this method, please mock GetManagedInstanceDtcResource(ResourceIdentifier) instead.
