Compares two OracleBinary structures to determine if the first is greater than or equal to the second.

An OracleBoolean that is True if the first instance is greater than or equal to the second instance, otherwise False. If either instance of OracleBinary

will be Null.

The equivalent method for this operator is OracleBinary.GreaterThanOrEqual(OracleBinary, OracleBinary)
