Provides COM objects with version-independent access to the IsPrimitive property.

true if the Type is one of the primitive types; otherwise, false.
Remarks
This property is for access to managed classes from unmanaged code, and should not be called from managed code.
The Type.IsPrimitive property gets a value indicating whether the Type is one of the primitive types.
