Remarks
After this event is raised and handled, it is not raised again for the lifetime of the application domain. The list of files that defines the namespace cannot be changed. This event is analogous to the ReflectionOnlyAssemblyResolve event for managed assemblies.

The event handler for this event should not throw exceptions.
