Opmerking

Copilot Studio-bot is hernoemd naar Copilot-agent (agent of AI-agent). De naam van menselijke agent is nu gewijzigd in klantenservicemedewerker (servicemedewerker of medewerker). U kunt verwijzingen naar de oude en nieuwe termen tegenkomen terwijl we de product-UI, documentatie en trainingsinhoud bijwerken.

Dit artikel bevat enkele voorbeelden voor het parseren van het JSON-object van de activiteit in verschillende kanalen. Met de volgende voorbeeldcode wordt de context opgehaald die is verzonden vanuit Omnichannel voor Customer Service, zodat deze kan worden doorgegeven aan een Azure- of Copilot-agent.
