Project activities (list page)

Click Production control > Common > Manufacturing execution > Project activities.
Use this list page to view information about project registrations. You can also view details about the selected project activity and the costs calculated from time-and-attendance registrations on the activity.
Navigating the form
The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.
Buttons
Button |
Description |

Job list |
Open the Select resource and action form. In the form, select a resource or a resource group. When you open the resource or the resource group, you can reprioritize jobs in a job list. You can also move jobs to other resources within the same resource group. |
Project |
Open the All projects list page, where you can create or update projects. |
Jobs in process |
Open the Logbook form, where you can view active registrations on the selected activity. |
Registration history |
Open the Logbook form, where you can view registrations on the selected activity that have not yet been transferred. |
Posted registrations |
Open the Transferred registrations form, where you can view transferred registrations on the selected activity. |
Refresh |
Refresh the project activities list. |
Export to Microsoft Excel |
Export the project activities list to Microsoft Excel. |
Attachments |
View a list of the documents that are attached to the selected project activity. |

The current status of the project activity. |
