Graphics setup (class form)

Click Sales and marketing > Inquiries > History > Business statistics. Click Show graph.

Click Accounts payable > Inquiries > History > Business statistics. Click Show graph.
Use this form to configure the display of business statistics data on the Graphics tab in the Business statistics form.
Navigating the form
The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.
Buttons

OK |
Close the form and update the graphics displayed on the Graphics tab in the Business statistics form according to the selections in this form. |
Cancel |
Close the form without saving changes. |
Fields
Field |
Description |

Minimum |
Enter the minimum value to display on the vertical axis. |
Maximum |
Enter the maximum value to display on the vertical axis. |
Invert sign |
Select this check box to display business statistics data as negative values. For example, you might want to see the quantity taken out of inventory as a negative number, instead of as a positive quantity sold. |
Jump |
Enter the interval to display on the vertical axis. For example, to show every 1,000 units as one interval on the graph, enter 1000. |
Date in X dimension |
Select the date format to use to display on the horizontal axis. |
From date |
Select the first date to include in the graph. |
To date |
Select the last date to include in the graph. |
Show |
Select the business statistics data to include in the graph:

Item relation |
If the business statistic includes item relation information, select the item relations to include in the graph. Note This field group is available only if you selected Table or Group in the Item field in the Business statistics form. |
Account relation |
Select the account relations to include in the graph. Note This field group is available only if you selected All in the Item field in the Business statistics form, and if you selected Customer, Customer group, Vendor, or Vendor group in the Account selection field in that form. |
