(RUS) Advance reports (form)

Click Accounts payable > Common > Advance holders > Advance reports.
Use this form to register and print expense reports by creating advance report lines manually, or by copying from expenses and from originals. You can generate factures for expense reports if it is necessary to show the expenses of advance holders in the purchase book.

Sales tax |
Review and correct the line taxes. |
Facture |
Open the Facture journal form, where you can view or modify facture journal lines created for advance reports. |

Enter the advance report number. |
Date |
Select or enter the date of the transaction. |
Advance holder |
Select the employee assigned as an advance holder. |
Amount |
The amount on the advance report. |
Advance purpose |
Enter the purpose of the advance report. |
Firming date |
Select the date of confirmation of the advance report by an authorized person. |
Pre-date |
Select the date when the advance report was accepted for verification by an authorized person. |
Advance status |
The status of the advance report. The status can be Open, Confirmed, or Posted. |

Over rate |
Select this check box to indicate that the selected line contains expenses above the defined standard amount. |
Disbursement date |
Select or enter the date of the document that confirms the expense. |
Budget check results |
The result of the budget check. A red X indicates that the budget check failed. A yellow triangle indicates that the budget check passed, but there were warnings. A green check mark indicates that the budget check passed. This field is blank if budget checks are not performed. The budget checking function is available if both the following conditions are met:

Enter the number of the document that confirms the expense. |
Document name |
Enter the name of the document that confirms the expense. |
Currency |
Select the currency for the advance report line. |
Amount |
The total advance repot amount. |
Confirmed amount of advance report |
Enter the advance report amount that is confirmed by the expense document. |
Main account |
The main account to which the advance report expense is posted. |
Line type |
The advance report line type. The line type can be one of the following:

Sales tax amount |
The calculated sales tax amount for the advance report transaction. |

The expense code used on the advance report. |
Triangulation |
A selected check box indicates whether the exchange rate is included in the currency triangulation. |
Exchange rate |
The exchange rate specified for the advance report transaction. |
Secondary exchange rate |
The secondary exchange rate that is used when triangulation of currency is used. |
Sales tax group |
The sales tax group used for the advance report transaction. |
Item sales tax group |
The item sales tax group used for the advance report transaction. |
Prices include sales tax |
A selected check box indicates whether the amount on the advance report line includes sales tax. |
