The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Template lines |
Copy template lines from a template to the agreement. |
Agreement lines |
Copy agreement lines from a previously created agreement. |
Hours |
Set up cost prices for hour transactions. The cost price is applied on hour transaction lines that are created for the current service agreement. |
Expense |
Set up cost prices for expense transactions. The cost price is applied on expense transaction lines that are created for the current service agreement. |
Fees |
Set up sales prices for fee transactions. The sales price is applied on fee transaction lines that are created for the current service agreement. |
Service objects |
Create service object relations for the agreement. You can then specify these service objects on the attached service agreement lines. |
Service tasks |
Create service task relations for the agreement. You can then specify these service tasks on the attached service agreement lines. |
Send agreement |
Send the service agreement using the application integration framework (AIF). An enhanced integration port is required for this feature. For information about how to configure the enhanced integration port, see Managing integration ports. |

Enter a short description of the service agreement. |
Service agreement |
The identifier of the service agreement. |
Project ID |
Select the project that the service agreement is attached to. For more information, see Project attached to service agreement. |
Project name |
The name of the project that is attached to the service agreement. |
Customer account |
The customer account referenced in the project attached to the service agreement. |
Name |
The name of the customer account which is referenced in the project attached to the service agreement. |
Contact |
External contact person attached to the service agreement. Contact persons are listed in the Contact details form. |
Service agreement group |
The service agreement group for the service agreement. If you have defined a default service agreement group in Service agreement group in Service management parameters, this group will be suggested. For more information, see About service agreement groups. |
Combine service orders |
Category by which to group automatically created service order lines. For more information, see Combine service orders. |
Service level agreement |
Select a service level agreement if you want to assign time limits for completing a manually created service order to this service agreement. |
Default line activity type |
Specify the type of service activity that will be assigned to service order lines automatically when they are created. |
Suspended |
Select the check box to suspend a service agreement. |
Start date |
Shows the start date for the service agreement. This date defaults from the start date for the service agreement's project. However, you can enter a new date.When you create lines for the service agreement, today’s date is used as the default. Service orders cannot be created for any period that is before this date.ExampleA service agreement and the lines have a start date of January 1, 2011. You create service orders for the period from December 1 2010 to January 31, 2011. In this case, service orders are only created for the period from January 1, 2011 to January 31, 2011. |
End date |
Enter the end date for the service agreement. This field is optional. For more information, see End date. |
Service template group |
Enter a template group if you want to create the selected service agreement as a template. For more information, see Create service template group. |
Preferred technician |
Select the worker who is to be considered first when a technician is assigned. |
Service responsible |
The worker who is responsible for the service agreement. |
Lines
This tab is displayed only in the line view of the form.

On-hand inventory |
View the on-hand inventory for the various inventory dimensions. This option is only available for item transaction lines. |
Dimensions display |
View information about financial dimensions, such as the default dimensions and where the dimensions are used in account structures and advanced rule structures. |

Create service orders for the selected agreement line. |
Post service orders |
Post service orders that are attached to the selected agreement line in the specified period. |

Transaction type for service agreement line. |
Worker |
The worker to perform the service transaction. |
Category |
Select a category for the service agreement line. The categories available to you are limited by the transaction type you have selected for this agreement line. |
Description |
Description of the transaction. The name entered for the category is shown in this field. |
Service object relation |
Select a service object relation to attach to the service agreement line if it is needed. Note You must create the service object relation before you can attach it. For more information, see About service object relations. |
Service object |
The name of the service object associated with the selected service object relation. |
Service task |
Select a service task to attach to the service agreement line. Before you do this, create a service task relation. For more information, see Create service task relations. |
Service interval |
Specify identification of service interval. For more information, see About service intervals. |
Start date |
Enter a start date for the agreement line. The date defaults from the start date on the service agreement. |
End date |
Enter an end date for the agreement line. |
Stopped |
Select to stop a service agreement line. |
Item setup |
When you create service orders, item lines are generated in two different ways depending on the selection in this field.

The worker to perform the service transaction. |

Shows the line property which is inherited from the attached project. The field is editable. |

Prices |
Quantity |
Quantity of hours, expenses, or items that are included in the transaction. |
Cost price |
The cost price per hour, expense, or item that is included in the transaction. The cost price of hours and expenses depends on the start date of the agreement line so that a price setup that is not valid until a later date than the start date of the agreement line is disregarded. |

Cost amount |
Cost of the total quantity of the transaction. |
|
Sales currency |
View the currency in which the project is invoiced. The currency is inherited from the customer attached to the service agreement. |

Sales price |
Sales price per unit calculated in the current sales currency. The sales price of hours, expenses, and fees depends on the start date of the agreement line. Therefore, a price setup that is not valid until a later date than the start date of the agreement line is disregarded. |

Sales tax group |
Type or select a sales tax group code that is generated in the Sales tax groups form. |
|
Item sales tax group |
Type or select an item sales tax group code generated in the Item sales tax groups form. |
|
Financial dimensions field group |
Specify one or more dimensions for the service agreement line. |
|
Where the %1 dimension is used |
The account structures and advanced rule structures that use the financial dimensions that you selected in the Financial dimensions or Default financial dimensions field group. Note The name of the field depends on the selection in the Financial dimensions or Default financial dimensions field group. |
