Value Element for ParameterDefaults/Parameter (ICF)
Specifies the value for a parameter in the instance configuration file (ICF).

Remarks
The Value element provides the value to use in place of a parameter.
You can override ParameterDefaults values by specifying the parameter name and value when creating or updating the instance.
Example
This example shows how to specify a default parameter value for the parameter named BaseDirPath
. Notification Services substitutes "C:\NS" wherever %BaseDirPath% appears in the ICF, unless you specify another value for the parameter on the command line.
