sys.event_notifications (Transact-SQL)

Returns a row for each object that is an event notification, with sys.objects.type = EN.

0 = The parent class is the database.

create_date

Date created.

modify_date

Always equals create_date.

service_name

Name of the target service to which the notification is sent.

broker_instance

nvarchar(128)

Broker instance to which the notification is sent.

principal_id

int

ID of the database principal that owns this event notification.

creator_sid

varbinary(85)

SID of the login who created the event notification.

Is NULL if the FAN_IN option is not specified.

Permissions

In SQL Server 2005 and later versions, the visibility of the metadata in catalog views is limited to securables that a user either owns or on which the user has been granted some permission. For more information, see Metadata Visibility Configuration.
