Module Assessment

1.

A safety officer runs a certification process that repeats every quarter. Which part of it should she keep for herself rather than delegate?

Watching the certification checklist for items that stall.

Signing off on the final certification, where an error carries regulatory consequences.

Assembling a weekly summary of open certification items.

2.

A grants manager writes this brief: "Stay across the Rivera Foundation grant. Summarize anything relevant and propose next steps." What is the brief still missing?

A definition of which changes are worth surfacing.

Permission to read the grant files.

A date for when the work should finish.

3.

In one morning, an editor's Autopilot returns three items. Which one deserves the deepest review?

A meeting it moved on her own calendar to resolve a conflict.

A drafted reply to an external contributor, ready to send.

A summary of a thread she had already read herself.

4.

A briefing note posted in Teams under the name of a colleague's Autopilot turns out to contain an error. Who is accountable for it?

Nobody, because the Autopilot posted it under its own identity.

The administrator who enabled Autopilot for the organization.

The colleague who delegated the work.

5.

Why does a broad, vague brief cost more with Autopilot than a broad, vague request costs in Chat?

Autopilot acts repeatedly over time, so a broad scope keeps spending rather than spending once.

Chat requests don't draw on your organization's usage budget.

Autopilot charges a fixed fee when you create it.
