In this module, you have learned how embedding a Dynamics 365 Customer Voice survey into a website can provide visitors with a way to quickly submit feedback or ask questions as needed. You also learned about the different ways in which the survey can be embedded to display it inline, as a pop-up window, or as a button. Though you can use and add variables to an embedded survey, this method creates anonymous feedback, so surveys should not be created by using variables to display personalized data. You can now apply these learnings to future surveys that you want to embed into a webpage for website visitors.
