From triggering Power Automate flows inside a form to connecting your data to external AI tools via Model Context Protocol, you'll leave with a clear picture of what's possible and how to make it happen.

After completing this module, you'll be able to:
- Describe how to embed Power Automate flows in Dynamics 365 apps to automate business processes.
- Identify when to use embedded Power Apps canvas apps, PCF controls, or custom pages in Dynamics 365 apps.
- Explain how embedded Power BI reports surface contextual analytics in Dynamics 365 apps.
- Describe how Power Pages enables external users to interact with Dynamics 365 data securely.
- Summarize how Copilot Studio agents extend the AI capabilities of Dynamics 365 customer experience apps.
- Evaluate use cases for connecting Dynamics 365 apps to AI agents using Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Prerequisites
- Familiarity with at least one of: Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Contact Center, Customer Insights, or Field Service
- Basic understanding of Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages
- Copilot Studio experience is helpful but not required
