To determine whether navigation has failed, check the IsSuccess and WebErrorStatus properties of the WebViewNavigationCompletedEventArgs class.
WebView navigation events occur in the following order:
- NavigationStarting
- ContentLoading
- DOMContentLoaded
- NavigationCompleted
