De WriteRead.cpp maakt een eigenschappenset, schrijft een eigenschap, sluit de eigenschappenset en opent deze opnieuw en leest de eigenschap terug. Met deze voorbeeldtoepassing wordt het bestand WriteRead.stg gemaakt in de huidige map. Er worden eigenschappensets gemaakt in een structuuropslagbestand, maar een wijziging in één regel zorgt ervoor dat er eigenschappensets van het NTFS-bestandssysteem worden gemaakt.
